ShareGate Protect gives IT one view of access and exposure across Microsoft 365, surfacing oversharing, ownerless workspaces, stale guests, sprawl and underused licences. Guided, logged remediation uses Microsoft-approved APIs, and nothing runs without operator review. Protect is licensed per licensed Microsoft 365 user (guests excluded), with every capability included, and it complements Microsoft Purview and SharePoint Advanced Management.
